Our homes are designed for individuals who may not be successful in traditional assisted living or lower-support placements, including those with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), behavioral challenges, cognitive impairments, or complex care needs.

Licensing & Oversight
Health Land Assisted Living operates licensed Adult Foster Care homes regulated by the State of Michigan through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). Our homes meet all applicable AFC licensing standards, staffing requirements, and care protocols, and we work collaboratively with case managers, guardians, and funding sources to ensure continuity of care.
